Summary

DIGI-TOOL MENTORS is the result of the ongoing technological and educational changes throughout the world to tackle various educational problems of schools. ESL has never ceased to be one of the most important problem of the countries. The rate of non-attendants, in a way, show how much the governments are successful in their educational policy and the failure in education carries a huge cost for the students, families, the economy and the country. According to the Alliance for Excellent Education (2009a), students who leave school without a diploma will earn a quarter of a million dollars less during their careers compared to high school graduates. The rate of unemployment among those who drop out at an early age is 40%, whereas the rate of those who continue is 23%. As a matter of fact, about half of the people in US penitenciaries come from people who have left school (Cassel-2003). • Non-qualified employees • Disengaged young people. This project is expected to draw attention to this issue in partner schools, for the students between the ages 14-19 and to be an example for the schools around. To this end, we plan to
