CIDEFES at the European Researchers' Night 2026

On Friday, 25 September, the CIDEFES team took part in the European Researchers' Night 2026, held at Pavilhão do Conhecimento in Lisbon. The evening was full of conversations, curiosity and great energy.

The European Researchers' Night aims to bring science closer to society, showing the people behind research and the work done in universities and research centres. During the night, the CIDEFES team assessed the physical fitness and physical activity literacy of visitors, offering them a first-hand look at the kind of measurements used in the centre's research.

The event was also an opportunity to recruit participants for ongoing research projects, such as INDEEP.

The centre thanks the team that made its participation possible: Marlene Silva, Catarina Matias, Vasco Bastos, Hugo Vieira Pereira, Bruno Rodrigues, Joana Sobral and Bernardo Zeferino.
