Workshop realist Evaluation Fernanda Souza

On November 29, 2024, CIDEFES hosted aworkshop on Realist Evaluation, led by the Fernanda Souza (our Phd Student of the YoPA project). This engaging session delved into the nuances of understanding "What works, for whom, and under what circumstances," a crucial aspect often overlooked in traditional process evaluations.
Fernanda, who has recently collaborated with one of Belgium's leading experts in this field, [Sara van Belle](https://research.itg.be/en/persons/sara-van-belle), brought a wealth of knowledge and fresh insights to our participants.
