University Wisconsin-Madison Summer School at Lusófona
June 19 - July 3, 2023
The dates between June 19 to July 3, 2023, was be a busy period for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Summer School students and teachers. They will be heading to Lusófona University to provide a course about health promotion through physical activity.
This course is expected to be an exciting opportunity for students who want to learn the importance of physical activities in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The two-week program had morning classes, delivered by UWisconsin teachers, with the help of Lusófona University faculty. The course content focuses on health promotion through physical activity, and students attended an interactive and engaging learning experience. The afternoons are reserved for visits and activities that will give students a chance to apply what they have learned from the morning classes. This program was attended by thirty students from the US and Portugal interested in health promotion through physical activity.
