Summary

The Solver ATE Project, funded by the Program for the Promotion of Mental Health in Higher Education of the Directorate-General for Higher Education, aims to promote the psychological health and well-being of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, employees, and collaborators. Its main objectives are the development and assessment of psychological health literacy, well-being, and academic engagement among students, as well as the implementation of measures to promote psychological health, enhance well-being, foster academic engagement, and prevent school dropout.

The design and implementation of the project’s activities are based on a participatory and co-construction methodology, encouraging the involvement and active participation of all members of the academic community. Intervention and activities within SPIC take place across three levels:

  1. Universal – initiatives that may encompass the entire academic and external community;
  2. Selective – actions directed at a more restricted group of participants identified as belonging to higher-risk groups;
  3. Specific – measures that, by their nature, address a smaller proportion of participants.

By providing a response tailored to the diverse needs of its target groups, the project is committed to building a more inclusive, supportive, and resilient community, equipping individuals to achieve success in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
